𝙰𝙽𝚃𝙾𝙽𝚈 : 𝚆𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚋𝚊𝚍 𝚑𝚊𝚋𝚒𝚝𝚜 𝚍𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚋𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚔?

It takes approximately twenty one days to break a habit. Twenty one days. Twenty one.  How was it that she’d never managed to stay in one place longer than that was something of a mystery. However, she’d chalk it up to the fact that, deeply rooted beneath her ribs, there’d been an inevitable fear of settling. Settling down, settling in life, becoming someone worthy of a white picket fence. Running. Jumping ship when things got too hard, too serious. When the world around her became something of a habit rather than that of an adventure. “–– Smoking I ‘spose, although everyone has their vices. Knicking one too many cookies from Gran’s jar whenever I manage to stop by. Maybe even drinkin’ too much coffee for ones good.”
