Andromeda - Before the Travels
Andromeda was a bright and studious Evenok, learning all there was to know about Emporia and its magic early on. They sought to explore every nook and cranny of their planet, yet soon grew lonely and bored. Not a single soul in their old time wanted to travel Beyond the Portals with them, and few Travelers were interested in leaving their new homes they established on Emporia to adventure with them.
Worse yet, they heard The Universe for the first time. They knew what that meant - the Runes that meant nothing suddenly meant everything, and Ascention set in. But as Andromeda’s wings began to mutate as they fought against the calling of the other Ascended, the Universe intervened.
Andromeda’s ascending stopped. Shocked, they sat down and conversed with the Universe that hosted all Evenok, Eskirril, and friendly Travelers. The Universe found out that “this young Mortal” would rather Adventure other worlds with Travelers instead of ascend to Demigod status and manage those worlds.
The Universe smiled, and let Andromeda go.
Andromeda never heard from the Universe again, and could never make sense of any floating Rune patterns. But they had never felt more energized and ready to find their Traveler, their world, and their dream again.
Soon, they would. They’d find you!
