im panicking
i seriously can't stop singing and listening to panic at the disco and it's freaking me out because one time my mom said I looked like brendon urie and I think he's brain washing me
How do I fix this or do I accept this as my life
Anyway today me and my mom were getting pedicures because #break the trope that men can't have self care or enjoy getting their toe nails done
But I had to listen to this women hassle the workers because her set of multiple different designs on her nails and toes were 150, also that extra color ment she had to pay more, I felt really bad for the workers
"The people aren't buying enough!!! HOW do we get them to buy more??? What do we teach our salespeople to say??? What more can they do???" You could start by paying them more. Advocate for people to be paid more in general, maybe. You see, the thing about buying stuff is that you need to first Have Money to do that.
“You’re not lazy. You’re just spiritually exhausted from working under people who micromanage the soul out of you.”
This is more than just a rant — it’s a wake-up call. If you’ve ever felt drained by a manager who nitpicks everything you do, plays favorites, or makes you question your worth… this one’s for you.
🧿 I’m shedding light on the real emotional and spiritual toll of toxic leadership — and why it’s time we stop normalizing it.

Customer who says "wait you baristas are like...smart" after asking me about why different techniques for brewing/pulling coffee/espresso creates different flavors and consistenciss
Glad I helped you realize that people in customer service are also smart and worth respect but I think I have to kill you now that I know you saw me as a bumbling idiot who just pours your coffee every day.

the absolute audacity of Customers who get on the phone and immediately start bitching about how "it took half an hour to talk to a person!!!" like sir your call came in at 9AM. we open at 9AM. what do you MEAN it took you half a fucking hour, you fucking troglodyte
My job satisfaction would go up significantly if I was allowed to challenge people to duels.
You won’t fight me to the death?
Well, I guess you don’t need my help after all!
You don’t like the answer I gave you and looped our managers in?
Name your second, walk twenty paces, and draw your weapon, motherfucker.
I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Day 99. He's such a funny little dog.
I fell asleep last night with the light on and my bedroom door open. Woke up several times, could not find the energy to fix the situation. Finally figured it out at about 9 am. Slept until like 1:30. Weekend day shifts during a full moon. Wore me out.
I don't care if you believe in superstition, you best believe in the full moon one. Holy shit. What even was last weekend. Seizures galore. Yellow cats. Terrible owners. Like terrible to their pets but also just like... this is how you treat people? Don't talk to me like that, I can and will hang up on you.
I did discover that the McDonalds down the street has the same sign in their window of "zero tolerance policy: treat our staff respectfully or we will refuse to serve you." So. Must be the part of town we're in. Glad it's not just us, but also, sorry McDonalds workers. Those might be our clients heading over for food.
If there's one thing I could hammer into everyone's brain, it's this: if there's a full lobby and everything gets really fast when you show up to an emergency room, that's bad. That's a bad sign. You want to wait. You want your pet to be stable enough to wait. It's boring as shit, but I do have crayons and coloring sheets. I should start trying to pass them off to the adults, actually. Maybe trying to cut the boredom will help.
Anyway. Go look at your pet. Aren't you glad that they're breathing, and their heart is beating, and you're not rushing down to the emergency room? Because I am. Look at the boy! He's healthy! That's so good!
Listen to Mouse on this one, everybody. Be nice to Customer Service workers- know that if you're angry or frustrated, it's not their fault. Dumb personal quirk but I have this habit of telling people working at like, the grocery store if I ask and they're out of something "oh it's not your fault thank you anyway". It's something I started doing in 2018 and just. Never stopped. Remember "it's not your fault, thank you anyway" on 1,200 days left.
