Tutorial: How to Create Custom Service NPCs
Just a quick little tutorial for neighborhood creators who would like to fully customize their neighborhoods! ^^
By the end of this tutorial, you should be able to do things like these!
For this tutorial, you'll need: * SimPE 0.75_69 * Alt Sim Surgery * Christianlov's Gussy Up plugin (you can find it in this archive) OR InSimenator (which has the Temporal Adjustor which you can use to fix the sims' appearances)
Click here to read the tutorial! I hope you found this tutorial helpful and let me know if it worked for you! Good luck! <3
P.S. This is precisely how I customized the NPCs in my neighborhoods projects as well, including Sedona, Quadington University and Aileen Landing. :)
I just want animal crossing and minecraft to do a fusion dance
Like seriously minecraft, especially modded with cocricot, is so much easier to decorate and design and build the perfect place for you to live.
But it feels so empty.
And I don’t have people I play minecraft with frequently enough to make these worlds feel inhabited. To make them have meaning. Because I do play with my friends, but we don’t stick to the same world long enough (partially my fault because I love to mess with mods) and we never really ‘make characters’ or anything to make the world feel inhabited. We just kinda hop on and build some stuff and then leave.
Worlds just feel like empty, beautiful husks without life and characters living in it.
I want villagers that actually talk to me. Villagers that want to be friends with me. That I can make fun characters of and just live in a happy little escapist magic fantasy world. And if my irl friends visit, they can make friends with them too.
The mods these days that I can find just aren’t scratching that itch.
We need Minecraft Comes Alive back again. Or Custom NPCs. Or some alternative that lets actual characters exist in your world.
I can't wait to make some custom skins of my own, but for now here are some custom NPCs I found on the internet! I thought they matched these rooms quite well!!
yeet

Made a village based off Ashanti architecture with leopard villagers from Noppe’s Custom NPCs mod. There are two close-range warriors, two long-range warriors, one trader, and the queen.
Halp
So...
I've taken on a project in Minecraft where I'm basically creating an open-world game, but in Minecraft.
I have the Custom NPCs mod (1.12.1 version) but I can't get make the quests work. I've been trying for at least 4 hours.
Any help would be appreciated.
