#custom eah

It is my dear friend, Matt’s birthday, so I thought I would share the presents I gave him this past Christmas and I am so very proud of them. 

The pictures are very special bc they are Matt’s own work, that I took and digitally inked and painted. I wanted to add to his work to show him how beautiful it is. It was a great way to learn to use watercolors and I was amazed by how they turned out.

The custom is also something I was very excited about. I modeled after his favorite artist, but also wanted to make it my own and I think Cotton Candie fits that bill well. 

I have been experimenting with crystals for a while. It was pretty hard making all the letters for crybaby, so I will probably never do that many pieces for something again. Also forgot to take pictures of the Jupiter symbols I did in green for him.. :\

Once I saw doll tattoos I had to do them. I love Cleo, so when I found some Egyptian designs, I went crazy. Had to try out all kinds for a custom I did for my friend, so I ink’d these punky girls up. When I thought of how to photograph them I thought, why not make a tattoo gun for them, as well as some trays of ink. (Stole some hands from a Maddie so they can use gloves all proper like) 

I had been meaning to do another fun alt-goth-ish doll for a while now, and happened to have one of the Dragon Games outfits on hand that I adored... so last week those things all sort of collided and Bianca was born :)

A little late to the party, but here are my 1001 Arabian Nights sisters, Scheherazade and Dunyazade! Finally got around to their photos, I don’t think I shared any of them yet with their little outfits! I never want to sew doll clothes with brocade fabric again haha, but it was totally worth it for these two :)
