Hii some months ago i asked for help to paint my Ryan as a siamese. I came back to repost that using watercollor pencils work amazing, it does not bleed like normal paint but it dyes all the same :))

OMG HE'S SO CUTE I love this so much, he turned out so amazing!! wonderful job!! and taking note about the watercolor pencils everyone look at himmmmm, ahhhhh. So adorable.

What kind of paint would you recommend to use on Calicos? I found my collection at my Nana and Papa’s and their paint has been WRECKED by my younger cousins who lived here

I've never painted mine!

But I believe I've seen most people use watered down acrylic? I've seen fabric markers, paint markers too just be super light with it to make sure it's not bleeding.

Hi!! So I want to paint some of my calico critters but I was wondering what paints you use, because I’ve seen people say acrylic works best but I’m worried it might make my little guys not soft anymoreT^T

i used watercolour paints! but like very very watered down, and just used a qtip to blend! i don’t know about acrylic because like you said they might get CRUSTY
