YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE FRIEND [limbers up, pulls out podium stand, turns on a projector as a screen rolls down behind me]. NOW IM NO CHEF BUT LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT CAKE.

Now my personal favorite is the Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cake. This cake is a literal slice of heaven and the best cake I’ve ever had, it’s probably godsent. There’s layers of chocolate mousse, dark and white, in between layers of marbled cake and dark chocolate ganache on the top. It’s not too sweet, which I really like. MY gOD I think I’ll have to go get som e now.

Now my next favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry Layer cake. (JESU S I CAN BARELY CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENT RIGHT NOw.) It’s the perfect combination of chocolate and fruit, if you’re one to enjoy the addition of fruit. It’s layers of cake with layers of raspberry and white chocolate in between, topped off with white chocolate ganache. This is one of my favorite white chocolate cakes.

Now this next one isn’t quite a cake, but my God is it good and really perfect if you want something that both tastes good and is healthier than typical cake options. What am I talking about? I’m talking ITALIAN FRUIT TART. Fruit Tarts have this amazing cream filling inside that isn’t too sweet and complements the variety of fruits on it perfectly. The fruits used are typically blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and sometimes kiwis. The crust is amazing, and essentially everything is a perfect complement to one another.

Another delicious choice is the Tiramisu Layer Cake! Perfect for those who enjoy coffee! This has got coffee undertones (a little bitter). It’s creamy and a little sweet at first, before it transitions to the semi-bitter aftertaste of coffee. I love this cake, it would be a fancy and unique choice for your birthday however it may be hit or miss as not everyone enjoys coffee. IT IS SO GOOD THOUGH. There’s layers of coffee-flavored cream in between layers of white cake. There is usually a light sprinkling of cocoa and coffee powder on the top.

Al right last but not least, if you really hate layered cakes and tarts and just want something simple, you could get a Tres Leches cake [heavy breathing]. This is a sponge cake glazed with a mixture of three kinds of milk: condensed milk, cream, and whole milk. This amazing creation is then finished with whipped cream, and fruits (typically strawberries, peaches, or cherries)! It’s pretty good.
