it’s all jisung can do to not whine out loud, but his lip is jutted out in a pout and he turns the full force of his puppy eyes onto claire nonetheless.

“noona!” he whines, displeased and a little disgruntled but mostly with as much sadness as he can muster. “i’m trying to cut the fruit like you told me to, it’s not my fault that it keeps slipping out of my fingers!”

he’s honestly not sure what’s up with his good fortune today, but considering his tremendous fail has managed to make claire laugh at least five times now when she’d looked a little under the weather when he arrived, he thinks maybe it’s still working for him, just in different ways than usual.

with great difficulty, han manages to lift his head from his hands, waving his fingers around as if to tell minho to forget about it. his gasps are still wrecking through his entire body, but when he finally manages to drag in enough air just a few seconds later, it becomes clear that he isn't crying at all but rather laughing so hard he can barely even survive the lack of air it put him through.

“hyung!” he calls out in another desperate gasp. “that’s hilarious! i thought you said you could cook!?” he has to grab hold of his stomach to somehow survive the ache that has started, but he also needs to massage his cheeks and maybe finally get an actual proper breath in and do more than cackle loudly.
