♡Curly likes to buy them the silliest matching couples pj's, outfits, etc.

♡Swansea acts as if he doesn't like them but, in the down low finds them endearing.

♡They are both competitive about who gets to pay for food when they go out, Swansea's competitiveness fueled by old school gentlemanly ideals and Curly’s fueled by his gift giving as love language tendencies.

♡Jaxson likes Curly a lot, but he will always be Swansea's pampered baby. Later down the line they get another dog named Laika (Curly thought of the name)

♡Swansea's divorce with his exwife Dorothy was amicable, since what they had was pretty much a lavender marriage, separating finally after all the children went to college or left the nest. Sometimes they arrange to catch up and talk about life or the grandkids. Curly and Dorothy's wife (Claudia) often tag along and get in on the gossip.

♡Curly has a respectable relationship with the swankids, he gets called by name by both of them and he gets invited to all family gatherings. The grandkids are too young to speak at the moment but they are thinking about his future stablished nickname.

♡They have been going out for 2 years, they are saving up so they can quit Pony Express at the same time, and so they can pay to have a big wedding in a year.

♡Curly used to be a picky eater but Swansea's cooking pretty much forced him to learn to like more spices than salt and pepper. His British palate has been saved!!!

♡Jimmy is dead <3 (jokes aside in this au he died in jail before he even joined Pony Express, he got in due to a bar fight that he had where Curly also got injured. Swansea's demeanor sometimes reminds him of his best friend. After death he learned to process how even if he missed him, he wasn't a good influence in his life)
