Goblins follow a simple system called a Cureg, which places a Chieftain, who decides a Cureg's tactics for war, strategies for politics and economy, and upkeep overall, and a High Priestess, who culturally leads the Cureg, while also helping the Chieftain, at the top. The most skilled warriors either stay with their brethren or become sellswords. Sellsword goblins from any tribe can return to their tribes, but would have to go through initiation again. Workers and civilians are beneath them. Workers generally produce munitions, armor, weaponry and other resources for the military and public alike. Many of them work in well-ventilated mines and factories. Civilians produce income by working at jobs like farming and medical associations. Soldiers and looters are at the bottom, since there are a very high number of said soldiers in each Cureg. Looters generally take whatever they can from the soldiers' handiwork, making money for their brothers and sisters in arms. Chieftains are the largest and toughest Goblins around, most towering at 8'. High Priestesses are only slightly shorter, but are no less tough. Many carry runed books and staffs in order to assault or ally targets. Warriors protect the leaders of Curegs, while some others go and make an exciting living as sellswords. Cureg-fed Warriors are clad in thick armor and wield dangerous weapons. Sellswords use whatever they can find. Workers and civilians are some 3-4' high and usually carry no weapons. Some workers occasionally wear a light piece of armor, like a gauntlet or pauldron. Soldiers and looters wear platemail and cloaks, respectively. Soldiers are often equipped with axes, guns, laser cutters, flame throwers, hammers, and just about anything else. Looters are equipped with bows or knives, anything light enough to carry without fatigue.
