The way he looked at people… It was through them, past them, as though there was someone behind, but there was no one there. His pupilless gaze adjusted to her face, even if it wouldn’t have made much difference to how he looked. 

Was it stereotyping to say Noxus gave him bad vibes all around? Being in Demacia with a creature made from science and magic was one thing... Being here, he felt like he was under constant watch, felt like his life was under threat even if not a soul existed. Sure, he’d never been to Noxus, but it didn’t mean he didn’t know what the rest of the world thought of it. And because of that, just walking down the streets had him anxious.
