Hint: things WILL get better, just give it a bit, stand up against your fears, and honestly do not give a fuck if someone try's to knock you on your ass; because if they do...

And fight back. It doesn't need to be physically, a simple 'fuck off' or something like leaving with a smile cause you realize that if they're trying to hurt you because they are threatened.

Now that doesn't mean you'll feel down at times here & there, and that's ok! Its healthy to be upset, whether you've just broken up from a long term relationship, classmates/colleagues giving you hell, or life just being a massive bitch, you have every right to be upset!

My point is that if life shoves you off a cliff, aim for crash mat at the bottom, because it's always there, its just not coloured a bright neon orange, cause you have to look for it, or you'll miss and keep falling until the next one shows up, because you have plenty of time to find it.
