Sometimes the new recipe you're trying for coconut filling is terrible literally makes the frosting on your cupcake slide off. Tonight, I took a deep breath, marked off the loss, and just took a picture. Then I rushed the others into the fridge. At least they'll taste good? 🙈🙈🙈 I have to feed these to people tonight, guys. I was tasked with making red velvet cupcakes for a school Christmas party. Unfortunately my oven isn’t the best and the cupcakes ended up falling in on themselves. It happens. So I turned them into cake balls, held together with cream cheese frosting and then dipped in white chocolate. Needless to say, they were a hit and although rich, they disappeared fast!
