and the fact this was declared on the anniversary of pulse, too. he's being purposeful in his actions. if it wasn't already obvious to americans before (i have no fucking clue how people can ignore it), he's letting his stance be KNOWN. it's DISGUSTING.

✣ ——— A hearty chuckle left the Frenchman’s mouth as he heard Ani tell her encounter with another member of the gang. The way in which she vividly told her story along with her movements reminded him of someone he knew when he was younger. Maybe himself? He was told he tended to exaggerate his stories for the dramatics. Well how else would anyone pay attention if there wasn’t some extra flair thrown into the mix? 

               Resting his chin on his hands, fingers interlocked, listening as she told him about how the other ended up hitting her made him raise his brows in surprise, followed by another loud laugh. Imagining the young lady with like some small mask that held a tiny smug look.

//To be honest this is probably just me but I cannot stand the fact that (and to be fair this isn’t only a problem on tumblr) there is always so much extreme one or another, as in you are only allowed to love it or hate it and there is some unspoken rule that it is forbidden to respect the other side of the spectrum, GOD FORBID BE FRIENDS WITH SOMEONE WITH AN OPPOSING OPINION.

As someone that tends to be pretty ‘don’t force you opinions on me and we’re good’ it makes me so anxious to be honest about my opinions even with friends I’ve met through tumblr because I don’t want to start an argument just because I disagree with them.

And I know it is possible to have differing views and get along because I have had a mature discussion about DIFFERENT POLITICAL VIEWS with my employers before and even though we didn’t agree it didn’t turn into some screaming match and we did find some common ground we could both agree on even if we didn’t agree on all of it.
