Drink a LOT of water. Take something for the pain if you can. If you don't like that, go have a good cup of coffee. The caffeine takes migraines away pretty fast. Peppermint does too so if you have any peppermint oil or a tea that'll help.
I ddid have an ointment similar to peppermint! It should be applied to temples for stress relief and...headache? I did buy peppermint capsules...bc i couldnât find peppermint spray to tell spiders to fuck off from my bedroom, but I do have....earl grey and bags of instant milk tea. Unfortunately, iâm in my uni student centre bc my room doesnât AC and I canât work or live in that room sweating like a big 24/7 (I drank a lot of water but still woke up thirsty af this morning, i guess i could be still dehydrated bc of how sweaty i was even though i drank gallons of water for two days...)Â
i didnât know coffee/caffeine helps with migraine! i thought it causes migraine, thanks 4 telling me that, friend, i will have some tea or coffee when i got home!!
Iâm still concerned about the bug bite though, the headache should be a direct cause of dehydration (and fans blowing wind at me 24/7? idk? maybe both?). But that bite is still freaking me out. It isnât itchy at all, it hurts when i press against it sometimes. Also it managed to be swollen for 1-2 days, and after itâs not swollen anymore, the bite area remained red and hotter than the rest of my body. The tissue still feels a little hard as well. I couldnât figure out what kind of weird my left arm (the arm where the bite is) is feeling, now i think itâs numbness that i feel sometimes. What kind of bug is that holy shit i hope itâs not in my house anymore. Iâm kinda suspecting it might be a poisonous spider bite right now smh, but if i was bit by a poisonous spider the bite would have looked WAY worse than it is right? idk.Â
