And these are how my day started! I’d never actually STARED into a peony before. It was a little surprising. The sturdy stem and smooth outer petals give absolutely no indication of the fluffy mayhem unfolding inside! Pretty much a miracle, as were the rest of these pics: my breakfast totally made by my husband—and I DO MEAN MADE! He made the bread, he made the hummus, he grew the cucumbers! Pretty spectacular. And then there’s my champagne grape crop. Yep.
