T1:  Topic 1: What New year's Resolutions have you made this year (besides the usual diet/exercise ones)? A resolution is a goal you aim to finish over the course of a year, so would it change if you only had a year to live?  Resolutions and prognosis really kind of go together. What can I achieve in X amount of time? Can I make it there?
