Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997-2003) was an American television series created by Joss Whedon. The show followed Buffy, a young woman, who fights vampires and demons with the help of her friends while struggling to live a normal teenage life. In 1999, the spin-off Angel premiered, which told the story of a vampire cursed with a soul. The Buffy board opened in 1999 and is now one of the oldest TV show boards on Fan Forum. Around 2000, a board was added for its spin-off show Angel. Both boards were merged in 2015 to increase traffic. The current moderator is Charmed Slayer Angel, who does a great job keeping the board active and a fun place for everyone to post. The most popular threads are the Buffy/Angel and Buffy/Spike shipper threads, which number up in the 1,000s in terms of thread counts. Of course other couples are represented too, you can find them in the board guide. There’s also a lot of appreciation for the characters, friendships, and posters enjoy discussing the various episodes. Smallville was an American television series created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. The show premiered in 2001 and ran for ten seasons. It was one of the most popular superhero shows and  followed a young Clark Kent, before he became Superman. The Smallville board opened in 2002. It closed in 2015, but posters campaigned to get it back and it reopened in 2016. The current moderators are eternal◘fate and broken melody. The board was recently recustomized and the colours represent the show as well as Superman, so be sure to check out the board’s new look! It has been seven years since the show ended, but that doesn’t stop the posters from discussing their favourite show every day. The posters do weekly rewatches to keep discussions fresh and because the show ran for 10 seasons, there’s always something to discuss. There is also a survivor going on and posters like to keep up with the cast’s current projects. The show not only ran for a long time, it also had a large cast and so there’s plenty of threads for you to check out.
