GCS - <13 on admission, or <15 two hours after injury
Suspected skull fractureĀ
SeziureĀ
Focal neurological deficit
>1 episode of vomiting
Criteria for CT scan within 8hrs - some LoC/amnesiaĀ and...
AgeĀ - 65yrs+
History of bleeding/clotting disorderĀ (incl. warfarin)
MechanismĀ - hit by car, fall >1m, ejected from car etc
Amnesia - >30min, retrograde amnesia
