I tweeted about this but this au started here and I need to thank every single person who's been a part of this or simply just reading and following along with me, especially the lot of you that have been here since the first run and stuck around since then.

I have watched with vague amusement as everyone celebrates/is happy to see that Wendy and Tammy are still 'alive' when they've actually signed themselves up for a fate worse than death. I'm, like, genuinely waiting for this to sink in. They no longer have legitimate physical bodies as shown in their own flickers and blinks from physicality. They lose themselves a little more every time they get closer to their main objective. They can't go back to their people. They are literally ghosts of themselves that have given their souls and futures to be absorbed into a concept so that everyone else could have a chance at surviving and getting out only to realize they failed and have to further lose themselves to try and fix the issue.

They are both fully aware that they are not Tammy and Wendy anymore (literally look at their behavior and what they're doing in int 2 outside of each other), but will continue to lie about it and look at it as them just 'changing over time and circumstance' because the truth is too much to bare and the only reason they can even do that is because they have each other. But if you really look and you really pay attention to the verbiage here, all of those sub-cores they've been killing and absorbing were just like them at one point or another.

There has always been people like them that came before.

And that will be them if The Server stays the way it is.
