It's kind of funny watching CSM from the sidelines because I remember someone said that "Fujimoto has to put a truly fucked up scene in CSM like he did with Fire Punch to effectively fire rent lowering shots."
Seems like he did in fact implement a very fucked up scene for poor Denji, I mean it thematically makes sense from what I can tell, due to how the entire Manga is put together thematically, with Denji IMMENSELY struggling with feelings about his drive and emotions around sex and intimacy, it only figured that it goes very wrong for him.
Also it feels strange people treating Fujimoto like he's fucking Drake for doing this, like calm down everyone, it's fucked up for a reason.
This is just from the perspective of someone who hasn't really read it though, just watching from the sidelines, so take it with a grain of salt, if you wish.
