In the beginning of 2021, we received an inquiry from a regular customer about a Canadian project, which requires 280 tons of LSAW for the government tunnel project in the country. Specifications are 762mm * 15.9 mm and 610mm * 15.9mm, standard is Canadian CSA- G40.21 350 AT, and the factory is required to have CSA47.1 certification (only a few factories in the market have this certificate at present). After customer visiting our factory and laboratory, we provided relevant export documents and production technical data to customers, then we signed the contract. Xinyue got certifications of PQR and WPS, which are must be approved by Canadian certification authority before production and processing. At present, this order has been successfully produced under the whole process supervision of a thirdparty, all the welding evaluation and inspection have passed and recognized by the Canadian weldingBureau.
