In the perspective of Carmen Sandiego, Blank is a young operative in Vile Academy. Having been able to join at the age of 13 as a well known thief in another criminal organization.

Blank before being an Operative was a quiet kid but was approachable. He only seems to talk whenever talked to.

Carmen's view on Blank's character completely changed upon meeting him as an operative for the first time, now being completely against her since she first fled from Vile.

At a theme park in Shanghai during a planned heist, Carmen was faced against an obstacle. That obstacle being an operative sent by Vile to stop the elusive super-thief well known as Carmen Sandiego.

This would've been easy, if only years of history weren't made between the two.

What will this person be to Carmen? an old friend? or a new foe.
