Yeah, I’m glad they’re having a season 4! I honestly thought S3 was the last and was sad about it till they hinted at S4 lol. I’ve read some of the routes for the games and it does seem that the personalities for some of the guys differ a bit in the anime. :/ I guess the anime doesn’t have the time to dive into each of the guys. Any utapri songs that are your faves? (I know it’s hard to choose haha)

I mean, every Otome game has its ‘marketing’ characters and these characters are pushed the most (like Tokiya and Otoya in Utapri or Ayato in DiaLovers or the triplets and to certein extent Yuusuke, Fuuto and Subaru in Brocon). But I thought in KamiAso’s case it was Apollon and not Balder? I felt they wanted to push the Balder-Loki relationship because of the Fujoshis LOL I was surprised and not very pleased but I could overlook that. I’m not that attached to KamiAso but I do miss Loki and Takeru, they were my favorites…
I do feel this season is lacking because they want to include eleven characters within thirteen episodes and at the same time they want to focus on QN while neglecting the Starish characters that need characterization. The bad thing about this is that they need to make another game (NOT a fan-disc) to make another season. If a new game comes out we will have to wait for another two years for the anime to come out.

Yes, I agree. Many people don’t know that Utapri is based on a game (or any other Otoge, really. I remeber the rage when DiaLover came out lmao). I watched the first season first before playing the games and I only played Repeat, AA and SS, I read reviews of the other games. The characters in the anime are different from the games and the drama cds, especially Syo.
