I feel like I've been exposed to too much silly/zany ass shit for CrP Characters and I'm feeling toxic so here's some petty ass toxic traits I feel most of the CrP Characters have that piss me off lol.
Toxic Habits/Friend Traits the Creepypasta Characters Have
Jeff
Jeff is that Mother Fucker who talks ALL that shit but when he gets his ass beat expects you to take care of him. Like bro I told your pale ass to shut up! This what you get- Friend or not if you go asking for an ass beating you gon' get an ass beating!
He's always highkey insulting your hobbies and interests in favor of his own. Oh, you like drawing and writing? Well, he's seen better, but if it makes you happy. Now you still hang out with him because he protects you n shit but he does that toxic "Only I can Bully You" thing where the line between insults and teasing have been blurred too long for you to know what's right or not.
Jeff is always laughing with others when you get roasted. What it's just some ribbing and teasing you're just too sensitive and thin skinned for it. He treats you like you're some baby sibling, always crying to him or about him but then clinging to him anyways.
Jane
Jane has no faith in you or your abilities. You're constantly being talked down to she's constantly making the decisions and coddling you and whenever you ask her to trust you she smiles at you like you're asking for permission. Permission she ain't allowing.
Jane is a very "Us" or "Them" person. There is no gray with her there is no compromise. You hang out with Jeff or someone she don't like you're dead to her. She's the Ultimatum Queen like you're constantly having to compromise yourself for her.
Jane is one of those chicks who will be like, "You don't know how to be Bi/Lesbian" like omg shut up, not everyone's Gay Journey has a set path. She gives you the "I now embraced my sexuality and can look down on you because you didn't have my experience" energy, and it's like, so not needed here.
Homicidal Liu
He's SUCH a passive little shit. He's always bitching and crying about how no one listens to him but God forbid you talk about your problems or stand up for him because then Liu is going to think you're being an attention seeker or blames you for the attention it brought him. Like bro speak up what do you want? Do you want pickles on your burger, or do you just want something to complain about?
Liu complains about Jeff all the time. It's one thing to go no contact with a family member it's another to bring it up all the damn time. Like clearly it does bother you still Liu because you don't stfu about it. There's venting, and then there's Liu. He's a category of his own.
Liu might be your best friend, but that don't mean you're his. He will cry over a past friendship more than he ever would for you. Like homie takes you for granted for real.
Nina
Nina's fake as fuck. Like there's no slicing it you're talking to a chick who said she's recovered from her "Not Like Other Girls" phase but still got the tendencies. She always tries to impress others and act like she's so cool and above everything when you know her. You know she lives for the tea, and when you don't act fake and call her out on it, she thinks you're toxic for it.
Overthinking Queen over here. Every moment with her, she's reading too much into it and making it deeper than it has to be. Me eating an extra bag of chips doesn't mean I'm depressed Nina it means I'm a fat ass just trying to have a cheat day and live in peace. DAMN- Like girl lives to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
Girl acts like she lives in a high school movie. Like she wants to be an "It" Girl "Plastic" SO badly she will talk shit about you if it impresses the others. You don't know peace when she's around Toby, Jeff, or Jane, she's always punching down on you to prop herself up.
Eyeless Jack
Be ready to be condescended and ignored on a daily because Eyeless Jack is only friends with you when it's convenient for him. He's ALWAYS treating you like you're just a Holiday Special. He hangs out with you when he wants to, but God forbid you try to plan something because otherwise, he's busy, and you're just being clingy.
He's critical on your habits. Bro went to college for a few years and makes it everyone's problem because he will comment on your weight and hobbies. It's not good to squint - You're eating too many calories - Like bro, shut up, stop making your choice to go to medical school, everyone's problem!
God forbid if you have leftovers. EJ will throw them out if you don't explicitly tell him they're yours. He has no respect for your space. What matters is what he eats, and if you have things, you're just a hoarder. Bro doesn't respect you, but he's nice to you, so it's fine, you guess.
Ben Drowned
Ben just genuinely does not care about your desires. He just doesn't care about your life, he doesn't care about your dreams, he just wants to game and if you can't do that you're just annoying. Ben can ramble for hours on end about himself and his interests, but God forbid you do, and he'll act like you two don't know each other like that.
Bro, leaks your private chats/texts to friends for the Lols. He is SUCH a menace. If he's mad at you, guarantee you everyone online/his friends are going to know about it, and he's saved all your secrets to laugh with others about. Ben is a total mean girl he'd dox you if you didn't always apologize after the fight.
Ben is just such an instigator. If you're upset, he will egg you on to lash out or manipulate you to shittalk your friends/family for blackmail material. He just is such an asshole and worst part is you won't know why. He just does that shit because he can and he doesn't comprehend how you can be upset by it.
Kagekao
Dude is never serious. Everything is a joke and everything in your life is funnier- like you can never have a conversation because his ass is always talking at you. God forbid you call him out because then he says you're too stiff and serious, and you're why you two don't have more friends. Newsflash: It's because his jokes are mean-spirited, so people veered away. You just stayed because you can't rip the bandaid off.
Lord, help you if you're dating a man because Bro is also highkey trifling. He's that friend that's SUPER invested in your boyfriend and dating him vicariously through you. Like fuck he's so up your ass about it he might as well date your man instead. He also ALWAYS sides with your BF - Kagekao is a Pick Me who just wants your man to prove he can have him if he wanted to.
Kagekao has no consideration for you. If you're too cold, it's because you have low iron. If he's too loud/has the lights on well, you shouldn't have slept there. Nah it's never Kagekao's fault but God forbid you return that energy and he's THE worst bitch you know.
Masky
Lord, give me strength. I'm gonna punch this man in the stomach - He is SUCH an asshole when it comes to equal distribution of chores. Bro will give you total shit if you skimp on laundry or don't wash your dishes, but you do the same he's going to remind you he's having a tougher time and he's driving/taking care of your ass and you should be grateful he hasn't thrown you out. Like bro has you walking on eggshells because if you don't vacuum, he's gonna lecture you about it.
Tim never talks about his feelings and gets annoyed when you do. If you two get into an argument, he does that Toxic Man thing where he will yell and hurt your feelings, give a half assed apology, then get mad that you're not over it. Like no asshole a cheap drunk apology doesn't make it okay! But no, he don't want to have that conversation because he "doesn't have time" to work out his emotions. Like shut up!
Bro's Cheap Ass can't let you enjoy things. Oh, you spent money on a drawing tablet you've been saving for for weeks? Well, here's Tim telling you that you could've spent that money on shit that matters. Like bro let me live! You smoke Winstons and drink Coors, but God forbid I buy one thing for myself, and then I gotta hear about and feel guilty for it. You really can't tell if he's pushing frugality to protect you or to make you feel bad for asking for more, and his old ass won't tell you.
Hoody
His ass is slimy. Like he's just such a skeevy bastard and you tolerate it because he's funny as fuck. Bro will say the meanest shit about other people, and you'll just laugh because it's not directed at you, but because of that, Brian will do some messed up shit like blackmailing others or instigating fights because you don't check him. But how can you when Brian has a way of making you feel replaceable. You always feel like you have to impress him when all it does is make you the clown at the end of the day.
Brian is SO fake, too. He's Kagekao and Nina x1000. Except unlike them, he has the charisma to not make it obvious. Like he will smile and treat you like you're the most precious thing and your secrets are safe with him, but it's all fake and he'll make you the butt of the joke to his other friends. Brian treats being friends with you like it's an obvious charity gig, and you're definitely going to hear about it from everyone but him.
Brian will never apologize for how he treats you. It's an ego thing. Why should he apologize when he would never bother to give you the time of day anyways. You never get a straight apology he's mastered saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way", in SO MANY different ways your ass never will catch on that he doesn't think you're worth a proper and real apology. Brian just is an asshole for that.
Kate the Chaser
Oooh, our girl ain't innocent. Kate is THE ultimate backstabber of the group, but the shitty part is she's so subtle about it you'll never get it. She WILL leave you. She WILL ghost you. She WILL flake on plans. And she WILL cut her losses if being friends with you is inconvenient. Girl protects herself, and everyone else is inconsequential. And what's worse is she's blocked your number/emails several times, and you never will know it. This just is what she does.
Kate isn't a long-time friend she's a friend of convenience. She will cling or lurk around you because you're close, but you ain't seeing her outside of anything else, and she ain't calling you yalls ain't friends like that. Which is fucked because you can ask her to hang out and she'll say she's busy but then you'll see her talking to Nina or Clockwork like her ass didn't just ghost you. You're just not in the "In Group" with her. And even if you try to cut her off she still lurks around you so like what's the point??
Kate is honestly so mean for no reason. Say you're passionate about something or rambling, she will dead ass put her earphones in while you're talking or plug her ears with her hands because listening to you is such a drag. And you know it's deliberate because watch your ass go quiet and she'll ask you why you stopped talking. Like, girl, you know why you can miss me with that shit-
Ticci Toby
Oh boy, here we go: Ticci Toby is a dick. Like it doesn't matter his past or what he went through bro is a Grade A Asshole and he's always putting you down. You're always having to make yourself smaller for him, he's always talking over you or complaining or mocking your interests like you're quite literally his purse dog/lemming. And it's messed up because you know he's vulnerable and went through a lot, but he also knows you're "Mr/Ms. Bleeding Hearts of America" so you're eating up his tragic backstory and accommodating for him while he does jack all. He knows you don't have the Balls to stand up to him, and he capitalizes on it each time.
Toby is also a Grade A Fence Sitter. He stands for nothing, he never will choose a side. If one side is arguing and got the upper hand, he's right there with them. If that same side trips and falters, now he's on the other side. He can't stand being wrong, nor can he stand being on the "losing side" of an argument. He always has to be right, and he will never take your side because if you were wrong once in an argument, then he's always doubting or choosing other people over you.
And that's another thing! Toby is that motherfucker whose been bullied so he takes every opportunity of having power over others to bully others. And it's ALWAYS someone who can't stand up for themselves. God help you if you're passive because he probably lowkey bullies you for the ego boost. But you just kind of take it because again... You're Bleeding Hearts of America there just trying to be a good space for Toby. At the expense of yourself/your self-respect.
X Virus
Being friends with X Virus is already a fucking ordeal since he will resist it kicking and screaming but the moment you have him, you note one thing about him. Arrogant. X Virus is INCREDIBLY arrogant. He's one of those STEM dudes who act like they're god's gift on earth for pursuing science. Bro doesn't even have a PhD/Doctorate/Master's Degree, but he'll act like he's so much better than you and everyone's sleeping on his genius. God help you if you're an artist/in STEM, too- Those types will get THE worst/most insufferable parts of him, and if you call him out he'll act like you're insecure and oversensitive and write you off as too immature for him. He just sucks!
Then there's his ass always having to be a Contrarian. You can say the sky is blue, and his ass will do the "Uhm Actually, it's Azure" and try to debate you on it, and it's like, who are you doing this for? You ain't impressing anyone with this bullshit so why do you feel the need to point it out? Like you are constantly on edge/pressed because his ass wants to give you a "This is why I'm smarter/better than you" lecture. He's just waiting for you to take the bait to talk down to you, honestly.
Then, at the crux of it all, X Virus will never claim you as a friend. You could say he's the most wonderful friend in the world, and you would move the earth for him, but ask him, and he'll say you're just some annoying loser following him around. And he don't care if that hurts your feelings because to him, you should've already known this. Like X Virus doesn't claim friends. He lets people act like they are friends, so the moment they fray on his VERY small well of patience, he can write them off and dismiss them completely. You're friends in your world not in his.
Zero
Ah, now this one is gonna sting because we all love our Queen Zero, but really? Zero ain't the one. She is constantly dismissing your feelings. Zero is that chick that feels like all you're crying and complaining is weakness, and so she treats you like a spoiled child instead of a friend. You're never allowed to have emotions, being with Zero as a friend is constantly just smiling and saying "Okay" to whatever she asks. You're in a Catch 22 with her too because if you lash out, she's dropping you, but if you cry, she's patronizing you. There's no winning with her.
Zero is also pretty Aggressive and Reactive. You can't tell her shit. You can't have conversations and work through things or vent to her because whatever you tell her, she's getting up and confronting it. You don't have conversations with her: if Zero thinks something needs to be fixed, she's going to fix it even if her reactiveness makes it worse. And then she's going to blame you because you tried to handle things with nuance but now you're the bitch for it.
Not gonna lie, Zero gets embarrassed by you sometimes, and you can see it on her face. She's that friend that openly cringes or avoids eye contact when you're acting out or being too bubbly. It makes you want to shrink in on yourself because she just genuinely makes you feel like you should be ashamed of yourself or embarrassed. Like damn girl can't I live??
Clockwork
Take Zero's agumentativeness and reactiveness and times it by 200, and you get Clockwork. You cannot tell this girl anything to save your life. There is no conversation, Clockwork always is getting pissed either at you or others, and she lashes out. There are TOO MANY times you've forgiven her after she shittalked you and everything you stood for because you didn't react the way SHE wanted you to like she's so mean for no reason. It's like, why are we friends if you get angry and say you can't stand my ass like I don't have to take this! - But you do. Because, like with Toby, you feel bad for her, so you keep accommodating and shrinking for her.
Clockwork also hangs around Bloody Painter, so you know what that means? She's a bitch about art too. She believes her sketches and pictures are so much more "Real" than other artists/yours, so you KNOW if you draw or share something of yours with her she's going to tear it to shreds. Clockwork's art is what makes her so much deeper than others so she will actively discourage you from it because it's HER thing. You need to either kiss ass and never touch it or accept your subpar to her ugh.
You know those chicks who dated guys then realized they were Gay/Bi and now swear off the guys they dated as the worst? Yeah, that's Clockwork but worse. Like, girl, I am so happy you found yourself, but can you like not cause a path of destruction and drama then act like everyone is out to get you because of it? Like you don't have to be dramatic, ain't nobody judging you for your journey on finding yourself. Who are you trying to impress? Even if the dudes were perfectly reasonable, she's throwing smoke at them. It's just so dramatic, which is ironic because you try to call her out on it, and Clockwork is pitching a fit and yelling at you instead. Ain't no winning with her either or someone's catching that heat/wrath.
Bloody Painter
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Bloody Painter is THE most Pretentious Person you can know, and as his friend, you get front row seats to it. He's SO up his own ass about himself and his art skills you can never have a conversation with him. It always HAS TO pertain to him or his art. He's practically a narcissist because everything is your fault or you're always in the wrong, and like X Virus, everyone, including you, is sleeping on his genius. And it would be one thing if Helen made the effort to be there for you but had these tendencies, but he doesn't even give you that! Your life and everything you work for doesn't matter to him, you have gotten too used to accepting his crumbs than asking for an actual friend. He's been late to important events, and you've just been happy he showed up like he has you begging like a dog for his friendship.
Then he's also like Clockwork, but worst because he believes his art is so much more deeper and better than everyone else's and if you're not hearing about how he's God's Gift on Earth for gracing the world with his presence, you're hearing about he believes his art changes lives and the world. Like MF is the type to go to Art School and argue with his teachers that he knows better/drop out of a prestigious art school because he can't humble himself for two minutes but it doesn't stop there! Helen is a total attention whore; He's that loser that makes multiple anonymous accounts tearing down other artists/your art then acting like he wasn't targeted since his art is just THAT good. He's also been that loser that creates burner accounts to attack himself so people pity and kiss his ass because he needs to be the focus and fuck everything else in the way of that.
But you know what really makes being friends with Bloody Painter so insufferable like the part that will never make it easy hanging out with him? He's Insecure. VERY Insecure. Bro cannot stand letting you fly, bro cannot stand seeing you happy. He is chronically insecure that people don't see his genius or that people will settle for your "subpar art" and so he genuinely tries to punch down so you never reach your potential. Like with Toby, you're only meant to be his Purse Dog and he gets jealous or envious if the attention is on you for only a moment. You're not meant for better you're meant to cater to his world and he will despise you ever thinking differently.
Judge Angels
Alright, here we go, yalls know my dislike for Judge Angels, but get ready because it's coming out here: Judge Angels is a Pick Me. Like she is one of those girlies who think Male validation and attention should be everything ladies should strive for, so she's constantly picking your boyfriend's side or talking you down for daring to oppose them. It's so shitty because she's been a great friend to you before but it's like her brain turns off and then suddenly she acts like you're the problematic one and you need to be more subdued to not have problems. Like why the fuck do I have to change myself the hell??
Then she's one of those Stereotypical Christian Girls who is always like, "I'll Pray for You." Whenever you do something, she doesn't approve of. Like girl pray someone gets my boot out your ass in time because how the fuck you gon' judge me for wearing a tank top! Judge Angels is constantly looking at you like you're some child being disrespectful or you're lost and she's being Captain Save a Hoe by trying to correct your habits. It makes you feel like she's not friends with you because you're friends. She's friends because she hopes to "fix" you to be accepted by others.
I've always been of the opinion Judge Angels is an Out of Touch Rich Girl, but if you're friends with her, you're going to see a LOT of it. She's just so out of touch! She has no concept of living on a budget or chasing deals, and she always is lowkey looking down on everyone. And what's worse is she's like Brian in the fact she treats being your friend like a Charity Case. Let her buy you something once, and she's acting like she is such a good person for donating to the poor. Like girl, excuse me! I thought we were friends here stop acting like you're better than everyone because you're a Nepo Baby smh! She's just a different brand of insufferable omg-
