I like how my favourite book in the series (the lost colony) is followed by my least favorite (time paradox. Look, I love the plot. I love everything about it. I would even dismiss that... Scene. But it's the repeated mention of that scene that gets me. Everything else is great, so I don't hate it. But it's not The Lost Colony to me, lol.)
