anyway. verse 1 of kanelang mata is gab and verse 2 is maria. especially the first four lines. thats so gab after The Event. after he realizes maria is willing to drop him as a friend after all of his help throughout their shared childhood. burning or breaking those ties (figuratively) was what broke him. (even though the reason why maria wanted to drop gab as a friend was for both of their safeties. am i going to expand more on this? no not yet. :3) the line about not listening to prayers to hold back their tears (their pain) is so gab. he DOESNT want maria to care for him anymore. the one time he stops caring for her is the time she starts caring for him as a person. the whole "mabuti nang aking mga salita di mo naririnig" is like. WOW. this can go both ways. it can refer to the bitterness that gab DOES feel, but also the words/excuses he made for her in the past. yeah. it's better maria didnt hear all of those excuses and the amount of curses gab will not hesitate. lol. also the whole biting tongue and being unable to let go bitterness? gab del rosariooooooo hellooo

verse 2 is maria because of it sounding more hopeful for the other person. she prays all the time because she hopes gab has a good life (even if the last time they saw each other he was literally at his lowest). she hopes he moves on, forgets the weight and pain she gave him and he lives a happier life (spoiler: no)

not gonna spoil more of their story bc it's super important to the lore of aswang in desoll but yeahhhh. thats song one!

ok. this song is like. super pre-event gab. this is gab at the beginning of the story. maria avoided him, but he always had his eyes on her. his love for her overflowed like a river and he was scared but also hoped maria knew just how much he loved her. this when he thought they would stay by each other's side but. yeha. hehehehehe. to him, if maria loved him back enough to leave desoll, he would leave. he would've escaped his fate, but alas. i love making my ocs suffer.

I love headcaning J as a mix of business-like and formal but also really yeah idk I'm weird. Girlie's always making jokes whether it be from business metaphors to more grim humor. Usually it circles back to the same theme

Uzi - however - is tired of her dirty-ass lesbian gf and has learned to push most of it over her shoulder; before she got used to it, though, she got really flustered really easily.
