"You Tube content can't be derogatory and if it is defamatory against any person or institution or organization or a company than o the application of the aggrieved Court may direct you to pull your video down & if you fail to do so it may direct Google to pull it down."
Hon’ble Madam Justice Pratibha M Singh J of Delhi High Court directed Google LLC on 28.08.2023 that if the #defendants (09) #YouTubers [Baerojgar, Thugesh, Dhiru Monchikk, EST Entertainment, theadityssaini, Salon Singh, KokoRoast, Duhan] did not #pulldown #defamatory & #disparaging #videos against the #Plaintiff Praful Billore and his Company #MBAChaiWalaPvtLtd. than Defendant No. 10 -#Google #LLC will #takedown those videos.
Praful Billore is a motivational speaker and an entrepreneur who has set up the tea stores under the brand name and logo ‘MBA CHAI WALA’. The said stores were set up in the last three years, and the Plaintiffs claim to have expanded his stores and business to more than 100 franchisees all over India, including 10 franchisees in Delhi.
