upbrining/personality: she grew up splitting time btwn american schooling in the learning months and jetting off to europe during off-time giving her an expanded view of the world and a need for adventure. she grew up fast since she was raised mostly in la, naturally making headlines as early as 14 years old. she got decent enough grades in school to never alarm her parents all the while going to the clubs at 17 the night before the sats. she was used to her every move being in the public eye and has grown to learn that she would rather keep to herself about her plans, her life, etc. she tells the press very little about her personal life, other than what they see from paps, and shares only some insight thru social media ( instagram ) with her fans. due to her parents in the limelight, she’s sometimes seen as the more wild child. 

so, i’m taking a page from ariana grande’s career for kaia but also slightly from her personal life, too?? kaia’s ex-boyf passed away due to a car accident in 2018 ( rainy nights in la with paparazzi flashes ). she resents the paps now and tends to shell away from letting people into her life because she’s afraid that her fame will affect them as it did with emmet ( thats his name ). they dated from 2015-2018 and it was very public in the sense that she would share stories on both snapchat and instagram of the couple’s adventures together, she’d post about him, and they’d be frequently papped together. they had a wonderful relationship that many envied, whether they hated emmet for being with kaia because they couldnt or their love was so pure that they wish they had what they shared. 

she got into broadway when she was younger causing her to dip her toes into the acting realm ( but, her roles always went hand in hand with singing) and soon enough she ditched the camera for a microphone full time. she’s released 4 albums and is currently teasing her fifth, called thank u, next. 

her favorite hobbies include fine dining, going to concerts, going to museums, reading, singing, traveling, yoga, swimming, and snowboarding.
