oh hello there!Headcanons, huh? well, if you'd like to know a little secret, I'm actually (Very Slowly) writing a legit, longform dollchess fic! wish me luck so i actually post it one day! plenty of headcanons in that when it comes out, i'm sure lol. but ok, Ragatha And Kinger have been in the circus for 9+ years together. 9! they watched new people come and sadly go and had each other through it all. they keep each other grounded, simply knowing the other is still there i feel is one of the reasons why they BOTH haven't abstracted ("But then you showed up, and my outlook just.. changed" i headcanon that if Ragatha didn't show up Kinger would have been a gonner, even if it did take longer for it to happen) I headcanon that Kinger was still sane enough to be coherent with Ragatha for a longer while than we think before he lost the rest of his marbles, so Ragatha remembers That Kinger (evidence of that in episode 6 too, with her "you don't always make sense, but then there are these moments when you're- how do you do that?" it's how i like to read it!) and in turn, Kinger remembers Ragatha just as well when he can in his instances in the dark! though I'ma cut it there cuz that's getting into spoiler-for-the-future-fic territory lmao. as for Bowtie, just like Dollchess, Bowtie (or as i like to call them: Crochetbee) Caine and Ragatha ALSO have known each other for 9+ whole years.

buuut unlike Dollchess, where i feel their ship is slowburn from the beginning, i think for Cain and Ragatha, their ship would be AFTER Caine's FreakShow.exe breakdown.

All the steams been expelled, and all that's left is just the questions of why, and Ragatha will learn that She and Caine aren't so different like thier people pleasing and feeling/ afraid of being abandoned, And Caine would realize that for Ragatha in turn too, slooowly getting close to her as he "becomes more human" because of her, eradicating the abandonment feeling for each other!
