1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray or cooking spray
🔥 Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best for flavor).
Prepare the Coating: In a shallow dish, mix flour, cornstarch, and all spices until well combined.
Dredge the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, shake off excess, and coat well in the seasoned flour mix. Press firmly to help the coating stick.
Air-Fry It:
