there’s been some updates to jolanta’s canon storyline. though these may seem minor, they hold huge significance in how she feels / conducts herself: she is now married for a second time, to her second husband viktor romanov ( @hesdick ), thus making jolanta’s full legal name jolanta aleksandra vostrikova romanova, though she still goes by vostrikova for pretty much everything related to her businesses, crime related issues etc., she just wanted viktor’s name on paper / certificates for legal reasons regarding property, inheritance etc. and because she wants any children of theirs to have the same last name as both parents. she is also the mother to a son, eduard romanov ( @crimeheir ) who is jolanta & viktor’s firstborn boy. no longer does she feel alone or isolated or incapable of being loved, nor does she harbour the fear of abandonment: through viktor jolanta has found love in a man as cold, ruthless and unforgiving as she, and in her son an unconditional love she never felt possible; her son is lovingly nicknamed her little sparrow, and she hopes he will one day inherit both his parents businesses’ and expand their crime empires. having already lost a child, she is very protective over her son. jolanta is written at the age of 42, so there is still plenty of time for her to have more children, but she no longer rides solo in her main verse --- although she is still nickolas’ best friend and they are extremely, extremely close, she now has a very expensive rock on her finger, and has officially tied the knot.
