This lad here was a fun fucked up project created by a doctor who wanted to fool around and see what he could make. He is an amalgamation of metal and bone, wires and flesh.

He can pick up any broadcast and play it on his screen, he likes to play things that usually show how he's feeling or says things he wants to say. He can store bits of television in his memory to play later, and saves his favorites there to show people.

Since he can't eat he gets his energy from plugging into an outlet. He'll wander into the nearby small town and nudge people while playing energizer rabbit commercials till someone plugs him in. All the locals know him and know he isn't a threat. Different people have different names for him, but his most common one is 'Delirious', as his favorite thing to play is the PSA about the dangers of pills with the puppets.

These small glowing amphibious creatures come in a wide variety of bright colors, and can be found in lakes, ponds and springs. Their glow warns predators that they are toxic, so they don't have many natural predators and can be found in large groups!
