Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup water. 1 cup chocolate frosting. Assorted colored candy melts. Edible food markers. Lollipop sticks. Sprinkles and edible glitter for decoration.
Instructions: Bake the chocolate cake according to the package instructions. Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl. Add chocolate frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined. Roll the cake mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Melt the colored candy melts in separate bowls according to the package instructions. Dip the lollipop sticks into the melted candy melts and insert them into the cake balls. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, ensuring it's fully coated, and let the excess drip off. Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet and allow them to set slightly. Once the candy coating is set but not fully hardened, use edible food markers to create artistic designs on the cake pops.
