Just a few questions; 1) If my blog is not in theme of my OC such as of now, is that against regulations? 1. You need to have a separate blog (though could be a sideblog) for your oc if you get accepted. You do not need to have one already to participate
2. Its just on skype. We do trials on skype unless otherwise specified. Most of the rp details will be explained to those who get in.
