Let’s talk about motivation shall we?Earlier today I was so pumped up and ready to get stuff done. I was motivated and had a plan in mind that even included things on my to do list from last week. I felt good, determined to make the most out of my day. I grabbed my energies, sat down, and then it hit me. Slowly that motivation I had wore off. I sat in my chair freezing and basically refused to move. I scrolled the gram and FB for about an hour, chatted with a few ladies, did about 1/6 of the dishes, and kept procrastinating my workout. — My energetic self was gone. I wanted to just crawl back into bed and snuggle with the cats. But instead, I created my own motivation. I got up, pressed play on my 20 minute workout and did the damn thing. It was hard. I struggled through it BUT I didn’t give up. I beat my numbers from last week and that’s what gave me a little extra push to get my day going. I hopped on a few calls to learn and get my head right. I prepped some food, did the dishes, and now contemplating what to do next. — It’s not always about having the actual motivation to do things. Because you know why? That shit can come and go like nothing else. One second you’re ready and one second you want to say forget it. I understand that others giving you motivation is a thing, but you can’t rely on anyone to do the work for you. It’s really all up to you and your actions, whether you’re ready to go or not. Some days are super easy, and some days you feel like you got hit by a bus. But in the end, the days that you’re at 0% just feed those days where you’re 120% So just get it done anyways. I can guarantee you that you won’t regret it, but you will if you don’t. — #MondayMotivation #AllOnYou #NoRegrets #AngryBirds #CreateProductivity #SmileHard https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs6-x9eg85g/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=17r5uq87ncjjg
