Finished and just in time for our #booksandbobbins club meeting this Saturday at 2pm (pst)! I even found my favorite passage (swipe 👉)! I loved re-reading #Polyanna again after all these years, it definitely brought back all glad feelings Miss Pollyanna Harington had given me as a child! It also brought back memories of differences between Polly the novel and Polly the @disney movie starring #hayleymills, mainly the MISSING QUILT and carnival 😬! Luckily, a crazy quilt is still the star of another #EleanorHPorter story, which will talk more about at our club meeting. It's been an exhausting few weeks for me, physically, emotionally and mentally. There is so much to be enraged about and yet still so much to be hopeful for. I hope that #Pollyanna has giving everyone in #booksandbobbins some of the peace and lightheartedness its giving me.
