What if Crazy Ralph was Elias Voorhees?
You know, I wouldn't change a thing about the original Friday The 13th, but I liked Friday The 13th:Vengeance's concept of Pamela and Elias killing together.
So imagine if Crazy Ralph was Elias Voorhees and we got to see it be revealed that Pamela was looking for her husband Ralph. She sees the bodies and it starts what we know and love. But Ralph is the one to find and kill Alice, not Jason in part 2.
Throughout Part 2-4, Ralph is the one who lures the teens to be killed by Jason.
When Jason comes to kill the Jarvis's, when they think Ralph is there to save them, Ralph reveals himself to be Jason's father, holds Trish and urges his boy to kill them all. When Tommy comes out dressed as Jason as a boy, Jason begins to hesitate and when she has a moment to free herself, Trish breaks free and kills Ralph and Tommy "kills" Jason as he did in the actual Part IV.
