Last Song: Jimmy, by Boudewijn de Groot Last Movie: The last hour of Star Trek: Nemesis. I never saw Star Trek, but they re-aired the movies these last few weeks. I hardly ever free time to sit still and watch movies, so I only saw bits of these movies, but that was enough to know I should properly watch them all. The Picard ones, that is. Loved the pacing and philosophical underlayer. Currently Watching: Ice melting and snowdrops growing. Currently Reading: Lots of my own work lately for chapbook reasons! It’s shaping up nicely, and I’m getting better at not continuously cursing and condescendingly mocking any piece I have written before... well, today. I never did revisit old work prior to this project. For grumpy self-aggravation reasons. But here we are. Currently Craving: Feeling nice. Currently Playing: Mario Kart 8. Trying to get three stars on all the 200cc tracks, which is hard as fuck. Three left to go. Currently at the Triforce Cup.

Hey Grace, don’t bother tagging, you’re already ‘in’. I thoroughly enjoy reading your words and it’s my pleasure to share them. I no longer track #refinegodliness, and actually never check #smittenbypoetry as this blog is operating on max capacity. Haha, I’ve only got two eyes to read and a limited amount of time to read in! I do track it on my dash, but it seems it always shows me the same poems and poets that use the tag. 

Anyway, I use my dash to find new poets, relying on other people’s reblogs to get me acquainted with new writers whose words stir me. And I always check out writing blogs who partake in this blog’s prompts because I like interactive people. Then it’s simple, if I start following you, you’re ‘in’. You’ll appear on my dash, I’ll read, and queue. That’s the way we roll here on smitten :)

When I first started writing on Tumblr I used to write a lot about these things, and you’ve been following me for a long time so maybe you remember some of them. I recalled a quote about chaos which you hijacked. And of course there was the poem you wrote that I posted two days before this. 

This request gave me a lot of artistic liberty, and I feel I made the most of it by blending aforementioned with a scene that popped in my head.
