just had to repair my creality ender v3-KE. got an error code, 2149 Unknown Exception, looking it up got me to a reddit post about the CR-TOUCH (used for homing the Z-axis) being the culprit. their fault was that the wires had twisted into the solenoid, but mine looked okay once i disassembled the CR-TOUCH. turns out another common issue is the pin in the CR-TOUCH bending and twisting, resulting in it locking up the solenoid. turning it a few degrees and checking if pulled back, i soon found this to be the issue. applying some gentle force, i managed to turn it back into a roughly straight alignment, and it stopped catching in the solenoid. testing it now with a 8 hour print, but since the calibration worked i expect it to just keep going. posting this if someone ever runs into the same issue as i did.
