Six Sentence Sunday

Thank you for tagging me last week @m0srael. I’ve been thinking about this for a bit cuz most of my WIPs are for anonymous fests, so i can’t really share much of that. But i did find something from an old WIP that i might continue some day. Not sure when. Anyway, here are 6 sentences. And I’ve also NOT forgotten about a tag game for once. I feel like this is progress!!

The darkness around him filled his lungs, making it impossible for any air to come in. Panic wrapped around his chest. He couldn’t breathe! He was going to die! This was it. But then, that quiet, soothing melody was back again, pushing the panic away.

This ended up being the only illustration I managed to get because I’m bad at this game and just want to be friends with everyone, but it’s still really nice. I really liked this outfit too (even if not my usual color scheme). 

The hair she gets later is so pretty as well. I really want to see how the other two hairstyles look. 

Honestly, I had a lot of fun with the episode and I think my only complaints were that I couldn’t do more somehow :P I wish I could’ve helped everyone more and say good bye to everyone. Especially after certain conversantions. 

I kind of wish it had the usual end screen over just replaying or not because it makes me feel like I didn’t actually complete it, but I don’t really want to do any replays right now as to save for Season 2 (especially after spending most of my savings on cute clothes). 

Tag game

Thank you for the tag @nelweensfic & @steampunkserpent27 🥰 it took me a while to think of 5 things. But I found some eventually.

1. My cat. Though she can be a right bitch and only allows me to pet her when she asks for pets, she’s still adorable and makes me very happy.

2. Sushi. Yes, food makes me happy. Especially my favourite food. There’s nothing better than coming home after a long day, ordering some sushi and relaxing with a good movie or fic.

3. Free time without feeling guilty of not doing anything productive. This is very very rare. Especially with college and all the tasks I still have to do. But when it happens, it’s honestly the best time of my life.

4. Travelling, especially to Paris. It’s my favourite place to go. There’s just so many things to explore. And the city’s literally one of the most beautiful ones I’ve visited so far.

5. Leaving comments on fics and receiving comments on my own. This community has brought me so much happiness these last 2-ish years. And I’m sure this will continue for a little while longer!!

I’ve been reading this ask daily since I got it. Idk how you did it, but you have somehow read my mind. Imma be honest, this is kinda one of my fears. That after being active in fandom for about 2 years now, people will simply forget me if I’m not active enough (which has been happening the last few weeks) 👀

@makeitp1nk tagged me to do this as well. And even if I am shit at trying to guess other people’s lies, I wanted to try this myself. So here we go:

1. I have always adored dogs! They’re one of my all time favourite animals.

2. My hair is green in real life too. Not only on my pfp.

3. English is not my native language. My first language is actually Dutch (Flemish).

This year felt like it’s flown by and at the same time it felt like ages. It has been my first full year of being an active writer/creator in the fandom and I can’t say I’m disappointed. There are so many amazing people here and it even kinda feels like coming home sometimes :))

As for my goals this coming year:

🌸 finish that one fic 🌸

I’ve been writing this one specific fic since July, as a gift for someone, and I still haven’t finished it… am I ashamed I haven’t? Only a little. Life just gets in the way sometimes. So the fic gets pushed to the back of my mind. But I want to finish it! I know how it will go, I know what will happen. I just need to write it down. So definitely one of my goals.

🌸 write more in notebooks 🌸

I have discovered I really like writing by hand in notebooks. It makes me just that bit more creative and keeps me motivated. Just being able to sit outside surrounded by nature with a notebook and a pen in my hand? One of the best feelings in the world. AND it’s also the best excuse for my little notebook addiction 😅 I keep buying them, even when I tell myself I shouldn’t. But now, I have the perfect excuse!!

🌸 be a bit more active on tumblr 🌸

It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a few weeks now. I feel like the last few months I haven’t been as active here as I wanted. That might also be cuz I feel like tumblr’s turned into one chaotic void where I can’t find any of the posts I want to see or read, tho 😅

🌸 participate in more fests 🌸

I’ve been mostly writing my own stuff this year and doing some microfics too but I really want to do more fests! I’ve been observing things and looking from the side lines mostly but since I took part in Sudsfest earlier this year and really enjoyed it, I want to try more fests! It was an amazing experience! So I’ll definitely want to do it again 😌

🌸 don’t be scared to dm people 🌸

Yes, I’m still scared to dm people! Even if I’ve talked to them on a discord server or reblogged their posts, taking the step to actually send them a private message is so difficult for me… and I want to work on that! I want to try and dm more people and tell them how amazing their writing is or their art or whatever they’re creating! Maybe some conversations will start out of it and I’ll make some new friends, too👀

I saw the notification on my phone before I opened the app but when I did open it, your ask had already disappeared…

It’s something that happens more often than I like and I hate when this happens. I logged in on my internet browser too and found an ask from someone from back in March that had disappeared too? Like??? (I will write some domestic fluff tho! Don’t worry, I’ll get there)

So if someone else has ever send me an ask with a prompt and I haven’t yet answered, it might be because it disappeared… you can try sending it again or just dm’ing me. Idk, maybe your ask will appear randomly in a month or so 🤦‍♀️🤣

Anyway, tumblr should really start fixing this cuz I’m not the only one this has happened to and it’s honestly starting to piss me off.
