Write something cute about you and coyote - can be very short if you want to! ;3;
Crimson clicked absently through her messages, seeing if anything interesting had popped up for her. The computer was useful, sure, but she had yet to find anything on it that could hold her attention for very long.
She opened a message from Striker. It was a few sentences recommending that she try this video game out, and a link. She clicked it, curious, and a screen popped up.
'Download Amnesia: The Dark Descent?'
She clicked the yes button, and leaned back while a little green bar notified her of its progress.
Looking over the top of her laptop, she saw Coyote practically bouncing towards her, oddly cheerful as always. “What are you doing?”
"Striker sent me a link to a video game." She explained. "I’m downloading it now."
"Oh." He replied. "C-can I watch you play…?"
She nodded, and shuffled over on the couch so he could plop down next to her. Now, to see what this game was all about…
The beginning was strange, but they both quickly got a feel for the controls, Crimson clicking and opening doors and cabinets to find the objects they needed for the puzzles.
A moment after finishing a puzzle, Coyote suddenly tensed next to her. “W-what is t-that?”
She examined the screen for about a second before she saw it; a creature with an unnatural, deformed face shuffling towards them.
Crimson slammed the laptop closed and threw it away from her, the computer bouncing harmlessly on a cushion a few feet away.
They both sat there in stunned silence for a moment, fight or flight response still burning in their stomachs. Crimson curled up into Coyote’s side, hands clutching his shirt and face buried in his neck.
"Let’s watch an anime." She whispered.
