“Who are you?” Coulson asks, freeing himself from her grip and stepping away from her. But before Daisy can answer he has pulled a gun on her. Not the kind of reunion Daisy had hoped for but she understands him. “Are you Hydra? We’ve heard rumors about experiments to build an army of powered individuals.”

He says “powered” like Coulson - the other Coulson - used to, back in the beginning, with certain suspicion. Daisy is not even hurt that he doesn’t know who she is, that there’s no recognition in his eyes. He’s alive. She has no room for any petty, selfish feeling in the face of that reality.

Daisy ends up in a parallel universe, with bad news (Hydra won) and good news (Coulson is here).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: hey lovelies, we’ve mentioned it somewhere else, but unfortunately (or fortunately?) we need to put this thing back a week because of stuff. So here’s the same post, but with the second week of October instead, that is from the 8th to the 14th of October. Sorry about this, hopefully it’s okay for you all!

Of course you don’t need to participate every day, and we’ll go even further: you can choose to flat out ignore the dumpster fire that was season 5 and just use the prompt for whatever. Sure, trying to fix the thing is nice and all, but we’re not gonna force you, like who even has the stamina to make sense of all that mess. 🙃

In that spirit you’re also welcome to fix previous messes aka s3 and s4, so if you want to write AUs that disregard those as well, this is the place.

For those of you who want to try to fix that garbage, but have limited knowledge of what in the everloving fuck happened last season, @becketted will make a hilarious post summarizing it to give you some pointers and inspiration, and post it in the next couple of days.
