after being forgotten he became one of the Plague Doctors experiments,whuch is where he lost his arm.

He still travels between dimensions and time as the bringer of chaos,since he tries to gather enough power to bring hus own world back,using other worlds

thats why his blade is corrupted ,Eventually he stumbled upon a version of thw games canon world where he tries to be a guardian for the princess once more because he misses his own little princess
