It still takes an extra effort for Perihelion to connect ship-form memories to its current senses. They were experienced with an entirely different form and understanding of the context around it, and sometimes the format can be a little hard to translate. ...So it recognizes the logo on this personās shirt about two milliseconds before it recognizes her face.
Iris. It addresses her in the feed as it begins to walk toward her. The feed here is still nonstandard and it isnāt sure whether sheāll be able to pick up on it, so as it enters appropriate talking distance, it repeats out loud, āIris.ā
She looks... bad. There are signs of wear and stress, and she doesnāt look like sheās just come out of a tough-but-satisfying planetside mission. More like sheās in the middle of something awful. Which is fair, considering this place is confusing and nobody is here willingly, but she shouldnāt be looking dirty and scuffed up like this. āWhat happened to you?ā
