Cosmic Bubbles
I’m going to begin shooting content on my iPhone and putting out artwork for myself.
For a long time, I thought to myself that I should start from the bottom of the barrel when gunning for the film industry. I think this year taught us all that we don’t need a movie studio or fancy cameras to just shoot your art. Technology has advanced tremendously enough to where we can create all this stuff with one hand, if we really wanted to.
And that’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to grab my phone, Open its camera app, And go crazy.
I’m going to add the songs I want to add, And cut scenes where I think they should be cut. I’m going to shoot and display all the coolest angles we used to imagine they should put into movies.
Why the fuck not? The art is for me, anyway. It’s a way to express the colors my spirit unleashes; The seductively subtle fragrances that my soul emits.
I’m excited to start shooting. Going to start with a quick music video this week. Then, looking to evolve into a short web series, And yes, all on my phone. For now.
My love is for the final artwork of moving images supplemented with sound, not for the cameras or audience claps. Not for the movie stars or countless critics. This shit is for me to vibe with; to capture moments of artful beauty that occur all around me all day.
Where you see raindrops outside the window, I see cosmic bubbles Floating around just bouncing off of good vibes all day. The raindrops are there, but they go around the cosmic bubbles leaving them undisturbed.
