Dr. Ginzburg’s areas of expertise include ingredient and product development, evaluation and quality assurance. Her career includes a stint as the International Scientific Communications Manager at THE BODY SHOP in London; Director of Scientific Communications Global Consumber Beauty R&D at COTY; seven years in the R&D team at ORIFLAME in Sweden in various roles including active ingredient development, analysis and formulation; and way, way back, she did her PhD in collaboration with BIERSDORF, which owns NIVEA, among others, and recently acquired COPPERTONE. Dr. Ginzburg is an associate lecturer for cosmetic science at the London College of Fashion; a visiting lecturer at the University of Applied Science in Ostwestfalen Lippe in Germany; and a volunteering member of the Education Committee at the UK-based Society of Cosmetic Scientists, which offers a distance-learning diploma in Cosmetic Science.
