Château Cos d'Estournel 1989 Caractère filigrane, subtile dans ce bouquet. J'y relève des nuances de truffes, d'origan, de feuilles de tabac, de café et de classiques marqueurs de St-Estèphe tels que cèdre et graphite. Le fruit est également présent au travers d'une touche de cassis. En bouche Cos est doté de tannins fermes mais bien intégrés. L'expression aromatique est bien soutenue par la structure acide et par une touche d'amertume qui appuie bien la finale. Cette dernière reflète les notes de terroir constatées au nez et est persistante. Un Cos en pleine forme qui a encore quelques années devant lui.
