AGAIN, I know I'm too young to talk about this but I'm really curious and I want to get an idea of what I could do in my future.
If any animator studient is reading this, or an art studient, where do you learn to? Are there more probabilities to get hired if you are from America than if you are from anywhere else? Will I have to move to U.S.A. If I want to make my own series? Can someone from Spain make their own cartoon? What would get more views: A hispanic cartoon or an english cartoon? Is it too stressfull to become an animator? Does it matter at what age you start? How do you get to make your own project? Am I asking too much? Is it good to be a curious kid or am I overthinking this? Will I even get a response? How hard is it to get a job as an animator? Is an animator even going to read this? Why did I write that? Will anyone even care? How much would it cost to move from Spain to United States? Can I work from Spain for an english project? How does it work to use money to produce a cartoon? and the time thingie? Wich are the best programs to animate/storyboard? Am I weird for asking this things at such a young age? Why aren't there any teachers who I can ask this to? Will being an artist at such a young age help me with any of this stuff? I think maybe. Why do the other kids percive someone whoo likes art as a weird person? Were any animators/artists/storyboarders percived as 'weird' too? HOTEL?? Trivago.
If any animator or storyboarder is reading this, I gotta say that I admire so much what you do. When I see a cartoon, I wonder what's behind it. I know, or well- I think I know the work behind: The guionists, voice actors, animators, storyboarders... I get an idea of the jobs, but I don't really know what's behind. How is an studio? (Did I write it right? studio?) How does the process go? Where do you learn... well, I already wrote the questions up there. I don't know anyone in real life who actually knows about animation or that has even worked on one so here I am, making a post on Tumblr and hoping that anyone responds. Kinda pathetic but I can't ask anyone else.
I know that I still have a lot of time to find out all I asked, but I really want an answer. I want an idea of what I can do when I'm older. I'd really love to work on a cartoon. Giving life to a project as storyboarder, animator, voice actor... I don't care. The point is that I find fascinating the idea of creating your own world with your own characters and making it visible to anyone so they can enjoy it and enjoying making it yourself.
I can't say that I will succeed anyway. I know that it's not easy to get the job you want, and that it's even harder to succeed on getting a job as someone who works in a cartoon. Plus, I'm not an adult yet. But losing hope so soon is like breaking a paper before you even start drawing. I don't lose anything hoping, do I?
