Trochlear Notch: The hook like indention at the proximal end which articulates with the trochlea of the humerus Coronoid Process: The lower peak at the proximal end with it's tip pointing posteriorly which articulates with the coronoid fossa of the humerus Radial Notch: Small indention at the proximal end that is just inferior to the trochlear notch area, facing laterally which articulates with the head of the radius Interosseus Margin: The sharp edge of the shaft of the ulna on the lateral surface Olecranon Process: The highest peak at the proximal end with it's tip pointing anteriorly which articulates with the olecranon fossa of the humerus Styloid Process: The distinct projection that sits medially at the distal end of the ulna *The head of the ulna which is opposite to the styloid process articulates with the ulnar notch of the radius
